So many of the shooter's family and friends had enough information to predict it (the mother especially shares some blame--who calls 911 to kick a kid out of their house after a fight? Then hides in the basement while her own son shoots hundreds of bullets?). There's the fact that he shouldn't have been able to acquire the guns legally in the first place.
